Maria Isachenko

UX Researcher

Tuesday 2 June | Discovery day

You don’t need more research time
You need a system that keeps research in product decisions

talk research

Many teams don’t lack insights - they lack a system that moves evidence into decisions at the speed of experimentation.

In this session, Maria will share a practical product/experimentation (with the focus on experimentation) operating model for embedding UX research into the experiment loop: how to turn incoming questions into decision-ready research, package insights in lightweight formats that slot directly into delivery boards, and run short “evidence rituals” that connect research + analytics + experiments to the next test.

Maria Isachenko is a UX Researcher based in London, working with fast product and experimentation teams. She loves research, but she loves it even more when it shapes decisions.

Maria’s focus is building a practical system that connects research > analytics > experiments. She helps teams turn messy questions into decision-ready evidence, using small formats that fit into real delivery work (not only slide decks).

Maria cares about quality, but she also cares about speed and reuse. She also help teams prioritise what to focus on, so they don’t lose the north star under a constant of ideas to test. Her goal is to make research feel like a natural part of building products - not a separate project running on the side.
